This presentation will provide the leadership and staff of rural and urban hospices across Colorado with the tools to launch and sustain a successful Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program.  Down-to-earth guidance will be shared from real-life experiences that are meant to illuminate the peaks and valleys of setting up and maintaining a successful, meaningful QAPI Program.
